These Terms of Service ("Terms") outline the rules for using our website (the "Site"). By visiting or purchasing something from the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Who We Are:

Canvas N Cafe LLC operates this website.

What We Offer:

Canvas N Cafe provides access to information, tools, and services on the Site.

Your Agreement:

Using the Site, you agree to these Terms, including any additional terms referenced here or available through hyperlinks. These Terms apply to           everyone who uses the Site, including browsers, customers, vendors, and content contributors.

You cannot use the Site if you don't agree to all the Terms.

Updates to the Terms:

We may update these Terms anytime by posting changes on the Site. It's your responsibility to check for updates regularly. Your continued use of the Site after posting changes means you accept them.

Scheduling:

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hrs notice if your child cannot attend a scheduled class.

Missed Classes:

Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits for missed classes.

With 24-hour notice (subject to space availability), your child can attend a make-up class during the same session.

Only one make-up class is allowed per session.

Pick-up Policy:

Please be prompt! A late pick-up fee of $10 will be charged for every ten minutes after the scheduled class end time.

Dress for Mess & Mind Your Belongings!

Getting Creative Can Get Messy:

Painting is fun, but accidents happen! We recommend students wear clothes they don't mind getting a little paint on.  Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any clothing damage during class.

Keeping Track of Treasures:

Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Please keep an eye on them throughout the class.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking a Spot:

We're thrilled you're interested in joining the fun! You'll need to book in advance to secure your spot in a session.

2. Cancellations:

We understand that schedules change. To receive a full refund for a session, you must give us at least 30 days' written notice before the session begins.

Cancellations with less than 30 days notice are not eligible for refunds.

Alternatives within 30 days: If your child can't attend a booked session within 30 days, you may transfer the booking to another class (subject to available space).

No availability: If there are no open spots in another class, we unfortunately cannot accommodate a reschedule.

Cancellations by Us:

We will do a full refund of the session/class.

Let's Talk Money!

Keeping Things Simple:

We keep things easy by collecting payments ten days before a new session starts.

Payment Methods:

We accept cheque,  cash, and credit payments only at our Studio location.

Cheques:

Make cheques payable to Canvas N Cafe LLC.

Please write your child's name on the memo line for easy identification.

You can drop off your cheque in person at the studio.

We're always looking for ways to improve your experience.  We are exploring offering online payment options in the future, so stay tuned!

Photo & Video Release for Young Artists!

At Canvas N Cafe, we love capturing the creativity and joy of our young artists in action!  This permission slip allows us to share these moments with you and the community.

What We're Asking:

With your permission, we'd like to take photos and videos of your child during their time at Canvas N Cafe.  These may include:

Photos of your child creating art.

Videos of your child participating in class activities.

Images of your child's finished artwork (with their permission, of course!).

How We'll Use the Content:

These photos and videos may be used for various purposes, including:

Our website and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).

Local art exhibits showcasing student work.

Important Note: We will never share images or videos that could identify your child without your permission.

What You're Agreeing To:

By signing this release, you grant Canvas N Cafe LLC the right to use photos and videos of your child as described above. You understand that these images and videos may be combined with other content and may be altered slightly for creative purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

Canvas N Cafe LLC strives to provide a fun and educational experience, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or the suitability of our classes for every child.  We make no warranties, expressed or implied, with regards to:

1. The educational benefits of our classes.

2. Your child's safety goes beyond the safety measures we implement in the studio.

3. The suitability of the materials used in our classes for all children (potential allergies, etc.).

Limitation of Liability:

Canvas N Cafe LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your child's participation in our classes, including:

Personal injury (beyond what can be reasonably prevented by our safety measures).

Damage to your child's clothing or personal belongings.

Any allergic reactions to materials used in class (parents are responsible for knowing their child's allergies).

Your Responsibilities:

By enrolling your child in our classes, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for:

Ensuring your child wears appropriate clothing.

Informing us of any allergies your child may have.

Supervising your child during pick-up and drop-off times.
